This City and Guilds level 3 Diploma will introduce you to a new and exciting career in energy assessing. Our fully qualified trainers will ensure the course is presented in an effective and co-ordinated method. The DEA course has been developed in order to qualify candidates to undertake Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for the new EU legislation. EPs are a mandatory requirement on all residential marketed properties and rented accommodation and can only be produced by a fully qualified and accredited DEA.
